Dr. Buckley is a board-certified eye physician and surgeon with expertise in comprehensive medical eye evaluation and disease management. After graduating from Tulane University School of Medicine, he completed a residency at Tulane University School of Medicine, as well as a fellowship at UCSD School of Medicine in cornea and external diseases. As a skilled surgeon, he performs cataract surgery including refractive cataract treatment.
